Winter '27 Release: Trigger Salesforce Flows With Multiple Records
Winter '27 brings a cool upgrade: now multiple records can be selected from a List View or Related List and sent straight into a Screen Flow. To set it up, just create a Text Collection variable named "ids" in Flow Builder (marked as available for input) - that's where the selected record Ids land. Then build a screen flow, turn it into a quick action on the object, and add that action to the List View or Related List. Simple setup, but a powerful way to process multiple records at once.
